neil firthNeil Firth, Project Manager

Neil is a Project Manager and Lead Carpenter extraordinaire. He has been part of the THI team for more than 16 years. In his 22 years in the construction industry Neil has developed an in depth knowledge of all aspects of construction from footings to roofs, and is also a Certified Wolf Pro.

Outdoors is where you’ll likely find Neil when not on the job. Boating and fishing are top on the list of favorite activities.

greg rankinGregory S. Rankin, Project Manager

In 34 years working in construction, there’s not much Greg has not seen. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as a keen attention to detail on the projects he manages. He has received numerous awards from the Daily Press, PHBA, Habitat for Humanity, and more.

A Dallas Cowboys fan through and through, he also enjoy food, fishing and family. On clear evenings, you might find Gregory checking out the stars and planets.

doug burmeisterDouglas Burmeister, Project Manager

For more than 23 years, Douglas has brought quality, dependability, trust and cleanliness to his work in construction. As dependable as they come and a good communicator, he is an efficient Project Manager able to work well with and develop lasting relationships with homeowners.

It’s been a while since Jim Kelley led the Buffalo Bill’s to 4 consecutive Super Bowls, but that hasn’t stopped Douglas from being an avid Bills fan. Maybe next year!

donald parsonDonald Parsons, Project Manager

With more than 30 years’ experience, Donald Parsons has seen just about every kind of project there is. He prides himself on attention to every detail of each project, and on establishing and maintaining good and long-lasting customer relationships.

Donald is CPR and First Aid Certified, as well as OSHA 30 Certified.

He loves to fish and ride his motorcycle, and has been proud to participate every year in the Wounded Warrior Ride.

In his 30 years in construction, Ed has managed projects on more than 1000 homes, and done finish carpentry work in more than 2500 homes. He holds a Class A Contractor's License, and a number of certifications, including:

  • OSHA 30 Certified
  • First Aid Certified
  • RRP/Lead safe Certified VCU.
  • Applied Green Building Certified/ The Energy Consortium

Ed is married, has two sons and channels his competitive side with Go-Kart racing, and also enjoys Bass fishing.

Craig Mercier, Project Manager

Born and raised in the state of Maine. Worked in the drilling and blasting field for twenty years while building several houses for myself. Relocated to Virginia 12 years ago where my wife, son, and I reside in Yorktown. Go Red Sox and Patriots!
